This week’s shoutout goes to a job we recently finished in Harlow, a full roofline replacement along with repointing the ridge tiles. A big thanks to our lovely customer for taking the time to leave a review on Checkatrade!
They were really happy with how Steve took the time to talk through the job during the quote, including why we remove old soffits and fascias instead of just capping over them. It’s something we think makes a big difference long term, so it’s always nice when that’s appreciated.
The job was originally booked for the 7th of May, but we did have to move it back by a week. We let the customer know straight away and got it rescheduled with no fuss. The work was all done within the time we said, and they were chuffed with the end result, so much so that they’ve already asked us to quote for some new windows!
We’re always pleased when people are happy with both the job and the way we work. Good communication and proper prep are just as important as the final finish, and reviews like this one make it all worthwhile.
