This Brentwood property needed a full roofline replacement covering all four sides of the main house, the rear lower-level tiled roof extension, and the front canopy.
We began by removing all of the old fascia, soffit and guttering, including the downpipes, to expose the rafter feet underneath. Any rotten timber was repaired before fitting the new roofline system, giving us a solid and secure fixing to work from.
Once the prep work was done, we fitted new high-quality 18mm fascia in anthracite grey uPVC, along with matching 10mm soffit. Ventilation was added at the eaves to keep airflow moving through the roof space, and we fitted drip trays and bird combs where needed. The new guttering system was upgraded to grey square gutters and downpipes, giving the home a clean, modern finish that complements the rest of the property.
All work was completed using our own access equipment, so there were no delays waiting for scaffolding. Once finished, we made sure everything was left clean and tidy, with all old materials and waste removed from site.
