We completed a full fascia, soffit and guttering replacement at the front and rear of a property in Royston.
The existing roofline and all necessary downpipes were removed before new white uPVC fascia and soffit, black guttering and matching downpipes were installed.
Removing the Existing Roofline
We removed all the existing fascia, soffit and guttering to expose the rafter feet beneath.
This allowed us to check the condition of the rafter feet and repair any rotten areas as required, providing a sound fixing for the replacement roofline.
The installation was completed using our own access equipment.
New White uPVC Fascia and Soffit
The old roofline was replaced with high-quality 18mm white uPVC fascia and 10mm white uPVC soffit.
The fascia was ventilated at the eaves, with drip trays and bird combs fitted where necessary.
New black round guttering and downpipes were installed to match those already fitted to the existing extension.
The new fascia, soffit and guttering were installed across both the front and rear of the property. Once the work was finished, we cleared the area and removed all waste from the site.
The customer also received a 10-year guarantee on the new roofline. They have our number for life, so they can contact us if they have any problems or concerns in the future.
