We completed several areas of work at a property in Harlow, including replacement guttering on the lower-level front garage and rear extension. We also cleaned the front and rear of the main roof and cleared the guttering on both sides of the main property.
New Guttering for the Garage and Rear Extension
We removed the existing guttering from the lower-level garage at the front of the property and the lower-level extension at the rear. This included removing the necessary downpipes.
White square guttering and downpipes were then installed to match the existing extension.
Roof and Gutter Cleaning
The front and rear of the main roof were cleaned using scrapers and a stiff broom to remove the moss. Where broken tiles were found, these were replaced.
We also cleared the debris from the guttering at the front and rear of the main property. A water test was carried out once the work was complete to check that everything was working correctly.
The work was completed using our own access equipment. We cleared the property afterwards and removed all rubbish from the site.
