A full replacement of the fascia, soffit and guttering was completed at a property in Bishop’s Stortford using white uPVC roofline products.
The existing fascia, soffits, guttering and downpipes were removed to expose the rafter feet before the new installation began. Where any rotten timber was found, repairs were carried out to provide a solid fixing for the new roofline system.
The property was then fitted with 18mm white uPVC fascia boards along with 10mm white uPVC soffits. Ventilation was installed at the eaves, and drip trays and bird combs were fitted where required as part of the installation.
New white round guttering and replacement downpipes were also fitted to complete the roofline replacement across the property.
The installation also freshened up the front elevation of the property, with the new white roofline working neatly alongside the existing decorative black and cream timber-effect detailing.
All work was carried out using our own access equipment, and once completed, all rubbish was removed from site and the property was left clean and tidy.
Finished Result
The completed installation gave the property a fully renewed roofline with new fascia, soffits, guttering and downpipes fitted throughout in white uPVC.
