We recently completed a roofline replacement to the front of a property in Church Langley, Harlow, including the lower bay.
The existing fascia, soffit and guttering were fully removed so the new installation could be fixed back to solid timber and finished properly across the whole front of the property.
Removing the Existing Roofline
All existing fascia, soffit and guttering were taken down, along with the necessary downpipes, to expose the rafter feet underneath.
This step is important as it allows everything to be checked before anything new goes on. Where any of the rafter feet showed signs of rot, repairs were carried out to make sure there was a secure fixing in place.
Installing the New Roofline
The new installation was completed using 18mm white uPVC fascia boards and 10mm white uPVC soffits.
Ventilation was added at the eaves, with drip trays and bird combs fitted where needed to help protect the roofline going forward.
The guttering was replaced with black half-round guttering and matching downpipes, completing the front elevation and the lower bay.
All work was carried out using our own access equipment, and once finished, the site was cleared and all waste removed.
Finished Result
The front of the property now has a fully replaced roofline, finished in white uPVC with black guttering, giving a clean and consistent look across the main elevation and bay.
The work is covered by a 10-year guarantee, and the customer has our number for life if they ever need anything.
