This project involved replacing the existing fascia, soffit and guttering at a property in Bishop’s Stortford with a new rosewood effect uPVC roofline system.
The existing roofline was removed before new fascia, soffit, guttering and downpipes were installed, giving the property a neat, finished appearance. Once the work was complete, the site was left clean and all rubbish was removed.
Removing the Existing Roofline
We removed all of the existing fascia, soffit and guttering, including all necessary downpipes, to expose the rafter feet.
If any of the rafter feet were rotten, they were repaired to provide a solid fixing before the new roofline was installed.
Installing the New Roofline
We installed high-quality 18mm rosewood effect uPVC fascia and 10mm rosewood effect uPVC soffit.
All fascia was ventilated at the eaves, with drip trays and bird combes fitted where necessary. The guttering was replaced with new black round guttering and downpipes.
The installation was completed using our own access equipment.
Finished Result
The property was left clean and all rubbish was removed from site once the installation was complete.
